Bright Confetti Wreath

If your holiday greens have come down, and your door is feeling a bit bare (like mine!), then giving it a burst of color with a confetti dot wreath is just the thing to liven its (and your) spirits this week. The wreath echos our snowy streets, but in a much brighter, more festive way. A lovely backdrop to a party for sure, but also a piece that will bring smiles everyday.

Make the confetti dot wreath by using a thick floral foam wreath and layering colorful tissue around it. Glue the tissue into place on the back side and circle around the entire wreath, allowing about 4 inches to overlap and hang off the front. Use a pair of scissors to snip up a couple inches, creating a pretty fringe effect around the front of the wreath.

Then, get out a 1 inch hole punch and begin punching out confetti circles in bright, cheery colors. Gently midst spray adhesive onto the wreath and shake out confetti for a bunched and natural effect. String with the perfect confetti garland for an easy and festive party look.
